Our mission is simple. We want your pet to live a longer, happier life. Our products work best over time and with continued use, which is why we offer 30% off for EVERY subscription order.

As a subscription customer, all products are available at a 30% discounted price. If you would like to amend your subscription all you need to do is, log into your account where you will be able to amend your next order date, update your order frequency, skip an order or cancel your subscription whenever you please. We will always endeavour to take payment on the same day each month as indicated in your subscription plan. If you would like to change your subscription payment method then you can do so by logging into your account selecting Payment Methods and editing your payment method. You will also be able to amend any shipping address, if you move home.

It’s worth noting that all of our supplements come in different sizes and in powder or liquid forms and depending on the size of your pet will depend on how long the product will last. If you review our Feeding Guide on our product pages you will find a recommended daily dose along with the estimated number of scoops or pumps based on the size of the product you buy. For example, there are approximately 125 pumps per 250ml in our Dog Supplement which means that if your pet weighs between 25Kg-40Kg it will last 20 days if you are new to GudFur and 41 days for regular users.

You will receive a subscription confirmation email from us, this is our flexible subscription plan where you will be able to manage your subscription by logging into your GudFur account first and then clicking on the “Manage Subscription” link.

Once you open your subscription page you will see a task bar with a number of different titles linked to your account.

If you select the subscripting title you will find a page with all your “active subscriptions” linked to your account, select the product you would like to amend

 

Once you have selected your product you will be able to amend the quantity, size variant, your next order date, update your order frequency, skip an order or cancel your subscription
